Lead times are ex-works Chennai from receipt of sample or approved drawing. Breakdown jobs are expedited — say it is a breakdown and we will tell you the same day what can be compressed.
We build for any make
You are not locked to the original supplier. Send the part or the drawing, we reverse-engineer it, and we keep the drawing so the second order is quicker than the first.

What to send with an enquiry
| Parameter | Value |
|---|---|
| Machine make and model | Nameplate photograph is ideal |
| Drum / disc / belt size | Diameter and face width, mm or feet |
| Part name | And OEM part number if you have it |
| Photograph | Worn part plus the machine nameplate |
| Sample or drawing | We work to either; a sample is fastest |
| Duty | Slurry, operating temperature, pH, abrasives |
| Quantity | And whether this is a breakdown or a planned change-out |
A photograph of the worn part with a tape measure across it, plus the machine nameplate, is usually enough for us to quote.
