Service, refurbishment and AMC
A filter that is down is not a filtration problem, it is a production problem. Everything on this page exists to shorten the time between your call and the machine turning again — which is why the parts are cut in our own works and the engineers travel from Chennai rather than from Europe.
What we do

Refurbishment scope
- Drum re-segmenting and re-gridding
- Automatic valve re-lapping and new wear plate
- Trunnion re-lining and journal re-machining
- Rake arm replacement and re-blading
- Full rubber relining of drums, vats and rake arms
- Drive head overhaul with new slewing ring
- Vacuum system survey and leak sealing
In our works or at your site. A condition survey first, then a written scope with a price and a date — never an open-ended time-and-material job.
Not included as standard
- Civil foundation, grouting, anchor bolts and civil works
- Erection, alignment and commissioning supervision unless separately quoted
- Slurry feed pump, vacuum pump and filtrate pump unless listed in scope
- Power, air, water and effluent lines up to the equipment terminal points
- Instrumentation beyond the items listed in scope of supply
- Any statutory approvals, insurance or third-party inspection charges
Each of these can be brought into scope. They are listed so an offer is never ambiguous about where our responsibility starts and stops.
Annual maintenance contract
Scheduled inspection against your machine, with a held spares kit in Chennai. The long-lead items — girth gears, drive heads, rubber-lined parts — are already made and on our shelf when you need them, so a failure costs days instead of months.

Machines we service
Filcare machines and everyone else's. If it separates solids from liquid and it is in India, we have probably had a part off one.
Inspection and test on every job
- Material test certificates (EN 10204 3.1) for all pressure-retaining and wetted plate
- Dye-penetrant examination of wetted welds
- Hydrostatic / leak test of vat, drum and filtrate lines
- Dimensional inspection against approved GA drawing
