Jordan Phosphate Mines Company is one of the world's established phosphate producers, operating mines and downstream chemical facilities including the industrial complex at Aqaba. Vacuum filtration is central to that kind of plant, and a worn filter drum is not a part that can be waited on.
Filcare manufactured a complete replacement drum and supplied it Ex Works Chennai for onward shipment to Aqaba, against a firm purchase order with staged payment.
What it demonstrates: an international phosphate producer, buying through a US procurement house that could have sourced anywhere in the world, chose a Chennai workshop to build a critical filter component.
Sahupuram Works produces synthetic rutile, iron oxide pigment, C-PVC and chlor-alkali intermediates. The site is certified to ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001 and 28000 — a plant with a formal vendor qualification process. Filcare supplies into it as an approved vendor.
Three separate orders inside a single month on a continuously operating soda ash plant. That is the clearest signal a supplier can have: the first delivery performed, and the plant came straight back.
