Service capabilityThe part costs less and arrives sooner
Most filtration equipment running in Indian plants was supplied years ago by large international OEMs. When a drum wears through or a gearbox fails, the original supplier quotes a long lead time at a price set overseas.
- We hold no allegiance to any OEM — we build the part that fits your machine
- Manufactured to sample, drawing or physical pattern in our own workshop
- Competitive against original equipment manufacturer pricing
- Onsite installation by engineers with 20+ years on these machines
What we need to quote
Most enquiries we can price from a photograph and a few details:
- Make and model of the machine
- Name of the part, and OEM part number if known
- A photo of the worn part and the nameplate
- Key dimensions — drum diameter × face width, or tank diameter
- The slurry, temperature and pH
From a Chennai workshop to a phosphate plant in Jordan
Jordan Phosphate Mines Company needed a replacement drum for a rotary vacuum drum filter. The order came through a United States procurement partner that could have sourced anywhere in the world. It was built here.
Tell us what has failed
A photograph of the part and the machine nameplate is usually enough for us to come back with a quotation.
