What we collect
When you send an enquiry through this website we receive your name, company, email address, phone number, your message and any photograph or file you attach. We also record the date, the page you came from and the country your connection is in, to help us handle the enquiry.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and follow it up, and to keep a record of enquiries and orders.
Where it is kept
Enquiries are stored with our website host, Cloudflare, and in our customer records system, HubSpot, which process them on our behalf.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it for your enquiry and any order that follows, and afterwards only as long as our business and legal records require.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the details we hold about you by writing to sales@filcare.in.
