Rotary vacuum drum filter spares
Drum filter wear parts built to sample, to drawing or to the dimensions of the part you have in your hand — for Filcare machines and for anyone else's.
Dorr-Oliver, Eimco, Andritz, Metso, FLSmidth, Outotec, Ishigaki or unbranded — send us the worn part, a drawing, or measurements off the machine. We reverse-engineer it, build it in our own works, and keep the drawing so the second order is quicker than the first. You are not locked to the original supplier.

Rubber filter belts and deck wear parts, built to your belt sample, your drawing, or measurements off the machine.
Sectors, bags and valve parts for disc filters — the wear items that decide how much of the year your machine is actually filtering.
Drive heads, rake assemblies and wetted parts for thickeners and clarifiers of any make — including the rubber lining that most suppliers will not touch.

Ex-works Chennai, from receipt of sample or approved drawing. Breakdown jobs are expedited — say it is a breakdown and we will tell you the same day what can be compressed.
| Parameter | Value |
|---|---|
| Machine make and model | Nameplate photograph is ideal |
| Drum / disc / belt size | Diameter and face width, mm or feet |
| Part name | And OEM part number if you have it |
| Photograph | Worn part plus the machine nameplate |
| Sample or drawing | We work to either; a sample is fastest |
| Duty | Slurry, operating temperature, pH, abrasives |
| Quantity | And whether this is a breakdown or a planned change-out |
The fastest enquiry we receive: a photograph of the worn part with a tape measure across it, a photograph of the machine nameplate, and one line saying what the slurry is. That is usually enough to quote without a site visit.
